Responsibilities
At the core of MAP, are its Senior Consultants, who bring their real-world business experience to clients. MAP Senior Consultants deliver the MAP Program to individual leaders and managers and are implementation and execution experts of the MAP Management SystemTM. They deliver a broad range of consulting services to meet the diverse needs their clients. They have passion for client’s success and they stay with clients “through the journey” of implementation and execution. This passion and commitment to clients translates into measurable results and long-term client loyalty.
Qualifications
- Experience as President, CEO, Owner or Consulting Partner
- College degree (advanced business degree preferred) Clear understanding of financial statements
- Consultative sales ability
- Planning and communication skills
- Leadership attributes
- Ability to develop long-term clients
- Excellent business acumen with top-notch executive coaching abilities
