Overview
As an Executive Sales Consultant for MAP Consulting, you will have an exciting and rewarding career acquiring new clients and managing long-term client relationships. We are looking for quality candidates that have an understanding of leaders and managers in business and the vital issues people are faced with in today's competitive business environment. You will be responsible to further develop MAP's core business in consulting services, training and personal coaching.
Responsibilities
- Prospect for new clients selling MAP's full line of consulting products and services
- Set interview appointments from company-provided and self-generated leads
- Utilize consultative selling methods to conduct interviews and close new business
- Engage and qualify executives by establishing trust, credibility and rapport
- Conduct prospect interviews to understand goals, challenges and needs to develop potential solution
- Assist in preparation of individuals attending MAP's Leadership Development Workshops
- Personal coaching of MAP's Leadership Development Workshop participants
- Work closely with team of MAP's tenured consultants ensuring client satisfaction and long lasting relationships
- Build client loyalty by providing excellent customer service
