We just completed our first year of implementation of the MAP process and we are just ecstatic about the results. We have better control of our company, better results than we expected and a better vision of our future all thanks to the MAP process that we followed under your direction for the last year.
We became aware of MAP when we had the chance to watch one of our clients transform from a good company to a great one. Our client continuously requested enhancement to their operational software that we provided and support. As we became more aware of the results they were achieving, we became aware that many of their enhancements were the result of MAP and their "thirst" for more knowledge about their business.
Their changes were so remarkable that I asked one of their managers to visit us and offer some observations. He said that he would be happy to do so, but if I was really interested in moving our business forward, I should contact MAP. He specifically recommended that I request you as a consultant. He went on to explain that while the MAP program was unique compared to other methods he had been exposed to that the real key to success had been the participation by MAP on a monthly basis to guide the process.
Two years ago we grew our business by 35% and were very near "losing control" as new employees and clients were added at a pace that strained every resource. Thanks to MAP, we grew 46% this year and did it "under control." Our team is happier and more productive than ever. We are more profitable than ever. We achieved goals during the year that seemed impossible as we began the year.
