2011 was a record year for us and I would like to thank MAP for significantly contributing to our success.
We began working with MAP in January of 2006. In 2007, I wrote to you describing the benefits we realized from both the MAP Executive Development Program and the monthly Vital Factor Team process facilitated by your consultant, Jim Wichterman.
During the recent severe economic downturn, we suffered as many companies did, but we continued to practice the MAP principles with Jim’s guidance. We even increased our commitment by utilizing the MAP Integrity Selling program, not just once, but twice to insure that all of our team members who contact our customers had mastered those concepts.
The results of this combination of Vital Factor Team facilitation, the MAP program and the selling program paid off handsomely. We started our recovery from the recession in 2010 and I am happy to report that 2011 was a record year for both revenues and profits. And while 2010 was an extremely good year for adding new clients, in 2011 we added 50% more clients than 2010.
Needless to say we will continue to build on our six year commitment to MAP and have our next level of management scheduled to attend the program in 2012.
