Seattle Boat Co

Thank you for introducing us to MAP. We were at a very important juncture at Seattle Boat Company in 2002, and MAP helped me tremendously in making the right moves. It has been a pleasure to work with you as we implemented the Vital Factor Team System and used Goals and Controls in setting and achieving goals.

Since I went through MAP, four of my key managers have gone through the 2.5 day program, and two more are scheduled to go through in 2007. MAP has developed our leadership and management skills-to a far greater degree than I could have imagined.

An extremely important part of the process has been the development and selection of key managers. The MAP System of Management has allowed us to grow in a "smart" way, allowing for more creativity on the team, while developing a significantly higher level of accountability and communication.

As Board Chairman of the Northwest Marine Trade Association, I was pleased to have recommended MAP to Michael Campbell, and that he recently went through the program. I understand, also, that Michael had you speak to 20 of the NMTA members on the topic: Ten Sins of Leadership and How to Avoid Them."

We now understand how useful and pragmatic the MAP system is...tangible results that far outweigh the cost. This is the best management and leadership program we've seen, and we look forward to a long lasting relationship with MAP.
