I have been in the construction industry for over 34 years, 16 of which I have been a construction inspection manager. In that time I have attended four one-day manager seminars. I attended the MAP Program in August 2007 for a three-day program. It was completely different from the other courses I have attended. I was shown my strengths and weaknesses on the first day, and WOW, I didn't know it was possible to track down such accurate information about me. I would like to bring attention to the fact that if you manage people in any line of work, make sure to take the three days off to attend a MAP program. You will see immediate results in your communication, leadership, organization, preparation, goal setting skills, and more. I also took away some life skills during the course that opened my eyes to my daily life with my wife of 28 years and family. I believe this course and the consultants are committed individually to your goals and your future. There is a lot of follow-up from this course that I am just getting started with and I am sure there will be much more to come. But it is all worth it. Like I said, if you want to be the best in your line of work, take the three days and attend this very intensive program.
