I can honestly say that in certain ways, the MAP program changed my life.
Most importantly, it took much of my personal anxiety away. The reason is that I used to push employees every step of the way to do things and now I simply let them achieve their goals in an orderly manner that achieves results, without stress to me.
MAP has allowed me to clearly see what I really always knew was possible. Using MAP, my employees are now held accountable for their own actions and I can focus on the most important aspects of business. I now realize I should have been doing that all along.
I learned more than I ever dreamed and found MAP to be a rewarding experience all around.
