Our firm has been utilizing the MAP principles since 2002. We credit MAP with providing us with the tools that allowed our business to prosper through a period of unprecedented growth. We learned to boil our business down to a few vital factors that we track and review on a monthly basis at our Vital Factor Team (VFT) meetings. Each manager, in turn, has their own VFT meetings, resulting in effective dissemination of critical information to all levels of our organization. Our MAP Consultant remains a key member of our management team, participating in our monthly senior level VFT meetings and our annual Business Planning Meeting.
