I am writing you to say “Thank You”. I have had a life changing experience with MAP and it has paid off for my company in the biggest way! We have just received word that our company Presidio Homes, LLC. has been awarded the title as the “Fastest Growing Builder in the United States” for 2006. The main contributors to our growth are #1 GOD and #2 MAP. Without GOD’s grace we would not have had the opportunity or desire in our heart to accomplish such a feat. And, #2 on the list was MAP! You have taught me and my company that managing change is the “key”, as well as, how to be a more professional business person in an ever-changing world.

Before coming to your class I was open minded, but skeptical to the changes that I would face. When I got there you made me comfortable with my surroundings and with the curriculum. When the class ended I was in complete shock. LITERALLY! I sat there in my chair for an hour and a half wondering how my business had gotten to where it was without MAP? My life changed in an instant. At that moment I was given the opportunity to change what we were doing by following your simple steps. Even after the class I was approached by MAP for some personal follow-up consulting at our office in the Atlanta area. It was somewhat expensive to me at the time and I wondered how I was going to pay you and keep the doors open? Money was very tight at the time.

When we decided to move forward, I was amazed at the results. What we received was 10 times worth the money we had invested! Now we are a company that is thriving and growing. Two and a half years ago when I attended MAP our revenue was at $1 million. Today we are at $25 million.

Thank you for all your dedication to making our company what it is today! I also wanted to thank Craig McNey for teaching me how to eat humble pie! Dan and Craig, your dedication to serving our company and it’s success lives on today even without you having to be here month after month. MAP is now part of our culture.

Lastly, thanks to MAP, we have learned how to compete even better in our marketplace, how to lose graciously, and more importantly, how to WIN and WIN BIG! If I had any advice for any organization (small, medium-sized or large) wanting to improve their business it would be;

“If you want the success that you have had in your business then stay home, but if you dream BIG and you want those dreams to come true, then get signed up to MAP!” You may have already spent hundreds of thousands of dollars getting your business started. What’s an extra three thousand? You never know, you might even get national exposure like we did.
