Position Summary: This is a full-time outside sales/ business development position. As an Executive Consultant you will be responsible for generating new clients and account management of existing clients. Our target markets are small to mid-size businesses.

Responsibilities include:

  • Prospect for new clients selling consulting products and services
  • Set interview appointments with C-Level decision makers
  • Follow-up on company-provided leads when given
  • Utilize consultative selling methods to conduct interviews
  • Engage and qualify executives by establishing trust, credibility, and rapport
  • Ensure client satisfaction through good communication and follow-up
  • Build client loyalty by providing excellent customer service

  • 10+ years successful outside sales experience with a proven track record
  • Proven “Sales Hunter" ability making appointments with C-Level prospects and possess a personal client base of opportunities with decision makers to begin
  • Ability to interview and close at the President/CEO level
  • Business ownership experience a plus
  • Entrepreneurial spirit a plus
  • Experience selling “solutions" versus tangible products
  • Articulate self-starter and team player with stellar business development skills
  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
