Gail has over 25 years’ experience in leading cross functional and management teams and championing corporate initiatives across organizations. Over the years she has mentored and advised individuals and teams to set and exceed their goals through a disciplined and organized focus and approach.
Prior to joining MAP, Gail held various marketing and communications roles including 15 years in leadership roles for TRW and Experian, where she managed the marketing and communications departments and spearheaded several business process re-engineering initiatives.
Most recently, Gail served as VP of Marketing and Engagement, building strategies and resources to grow a two-plant manufacturing company from $45M to $110M. Overseeing marketing and HR for the company, she successfully launched a company-wide intranet, a website that increased customer inbound inquiries by over 100%, and an HRIS that hosts all employee data and interactions for over 300 employees. In addition to developing the marketing strategy, she created and delivered the company's first leadership training program. Gail also developed and led the culture initiative, working with leadership teams to roll out corporate behaviors under the culture umbrella.
Gail holds a B.S. in Business Administration from UC Berkeley (Haas) and an MBA from Cal State Long Beach.
Gail has volunteered with Taproot, donating professional marketing services to non-profit organizations. She has also been active in coaching youth sports, is involved with the alumni association for Berkeley Haas, and spends time volunteer coaching recent college graduates in career planning.
