Richard Hoag is a seasoned business executive, consultant, and lawyer with over 30 years of hands on experience in a wide variety of industries and business environments. He contributes an experienced focused understanding of real world competitive business environments and cutting edge organizational best practices.
Prior to joining MAP, Richard began his career as a Corporate and Securities Lawyer, has held positions as VP/General Counsel, COO, and CEO, Director of Acquisitions, and Director of Sales and Marketing. His industry experience includes: Investment/Securities, Commercial Real Estate, Information Technology Consulting/Staffing, Construction, and Hospitality/Entertainment. In addition, Richard is a keynote speaker, author of numerous published articles, and a creator/facilitator of workshops covering Negotiation, Communications, Change Management, Career-Life Planning, and Accountability.
Richard is a member of the State of California and Federal Bar Associations. He served for 9 years on the National Board of Directors of the NACCB (National Association of Computer Consultant Businesses) and currently serves on the board of the APR family of staffing companies, and Protech Mats industries, Inc. Richard enjoys spending time with his family, sports, public speaking, writing, reading, concerts, and traveling.
