What is DISC?
DISC is a behavior assessment tool based on the DISC theory of psychologist William Marston, which centers on four different behavioral traits: Dominance (D), Influence (i), Steadiness (S), and Conscientiousness (C). This framework helps in understanding an individual’s personality and behavior in various environments, particularly in the workplace. DISC assessments are widely used to improve self-awareness, facilitate better teamwork, and enhance communication between colleagues1.
