Lisa Lester’s background included 10+ years of experience in organizational leadership, team building, customer service, and operations management. She previously worked in the Housing & Residential Life department at the University of La Verne.
Her management of the day-to-day operations continually generated $10M – $12M annually to the University, and she was responsible for allocating and administering a department budget in excess of $300,000 annually. Her professional relationships helped her increase the overall satisfaction rate among stakeholders during her tenure.
She joins MAP as a Business Development Representative. Her passion for building relationships and helping individuals grow professionally and personally is a perfect fit.
Lisa has a B.A. from the University of La Verne and a Graduate Degree from Azusa Pacific University. She is also a certified Mental Health First-Aid instructor. She has been married to her husband, Alex, for 10 years, and they have 2 young daughters. She enjoys spending free time with family, and watching her children play sports.
