Since our managers attended the MAP workshop in June of 2005, we have seen a positive revolution take place in our business. The common language, processes and alignment have made us much more efficient and coordinated. The depth of mindshare that MAP allows us to tap into saves us countless hours and from making numerous mistakes.
In addition to the workshop, our MAP senior consultant guides our Vital Factor Team meetings to give us a perspective into the things that we sometimes can’t see.
It is hard to imagine what our business would be like without MAP and the time tested system they both model and teach.
