We just finished our best quarter in the history of the hospital. The MAP framework has helped bring our organization together and “on the same page.” These tools have improved accountability and highlighted what needed attention and focus to make our organization continue to be successful. MAP has assisted many of us in the organization with a great roadmap in our journey.
