Since 2003, all of our managers and management trainees have attended MAP training. We credit MAP as an instrumental part of our growth, during this time we have increased our revenue 250%.
MAP has provided us with a common language allowing us to communicate with each other in a more effective manner. The program has enabled us to create a corporate structure that holds employees accountable while allowing us to focus on the “Vital Few”. This allows our management team to concentrate on the growth of the company, especially increased profit margins.
As a 27-year-old organization, we appreciate the focus the MAP program puts on building a quality management team. We will continue to utilize the MAP System in our daily business communications, including sending new managers and prospective managers through the three-day training sessions.
