Our MAP speaker hit a homerun at our annual Executive Leadership Conference with his 12 O’Clock High presentation. Our staff was concerned about how a 1949 black and white movie would be received by our Gen X and Gen Y members. His ability to relate the various leadership styles in the movie to real life, everyday business decision making and leadership styles engaged everyone. Veteran attendees of our annual conference responded that it was the best leadership presentation they have ever attended. Our new members told us they couldn’t wait to get back to their businesses to make some changes and implement the things they learned.
