It is with great pleasure and admiration that I write you this recommendation letter. Your contributions to my personal success and those of my company are immeasurable. Since participating in the MAP workshop last summer and implementing the MAP system; I have made several personal changes that have not only changed the overall direction of our company, but also improved me as a person.
MAP is a system of accountability. Before MAP, I was having a difficult time evaluating our key managers and holding them accountable for results. That is no longer the case. Through the use of dashboards, team consulting, and goals and controls; I am able to get results throughout our organization using a system of accountability. MAP is a simple system however the implementation of the process isn’t easy.
Without my senior consultant’s leadership, there is no way I could have implemented MAP. He is a thoughtful, patient and demanding facilitator who demands results. In addition, being bilingual allows him to connect with my Hispanic managers in a manner which I am unable to. He is truly a perfect fit for our business and I look forward to him challenging our team in the years to come.
2011 was the best year ever for our company. I am extremely confident that with the implementation of MAP and him being our facilitator, 2012 will be even better.
