At CIG, we believed that we already had a performance based accountability system and culture in place. In our search to improve, we discovered MAP and decided to participate in their program. We began with our top executives. Their responses to MAP were a unanimous, “let’s adopt this program for all of our company leaders.” All team members in leadership positions have since attended MAP producing a more coordinated, effective and focused process of goal setting and accountability.
