At CIG, we believed that we already had a performance based accountability system and culture in place. In our search to improve, we discovered MAP and decided to participate in their program. Their responses to MAP were a unanimous, “let’s adopt this program for all of our company leaders.” All team members in leadership positions have since attended MAP producing a more coordinated, effective and focused process of goal setting and accountability.
