MAP took Dramatic Results from a bunch of “do-gooders” to a sleek, tightly knit management team that is able to measure EVERY thing. But more than changing our thinking, MAP has changed our attitudes and work “culture.” We now actually like measuring things and keeping each other accountable to a level we would never have considered before. We have found that by using colors and icons, we can still express our artistic side while providing our board, funders and public with solid, clear and concise information that has resulted in increased funding from the government, foundations and corporations.
