The MAP program changed the way I do business. The principles and techniques that were taught over two and a half days are invaluable as I transition into a leadership role within my company. The course material is something that I am continuing to reference on a day-to-day basis, as are the “Tip of the week” e-mails that I now receive as a MAP alumni. The timing was perfect on the last two “tips” I received as they masterfully addressed a couple of critical office challenges I was dealing with. Anyone serious about their business should consider participating in the MAP program!
