Thomas Leffler has joined Management Action Programs, Inc. (MAP) as a Senior Consultant and Executive Coach.
Thomas is an accomplished executive with a proven track record of driving growth, leading transformative turnarounds, and achieving successful exits across both corporate and entrepreneurial settings. With leadership experience spanning startups, small and mid-sized businesses, and Fortune 500 organizations, he consistently executes and delivers results.
Most recently, Thomas served as President of Project Insight, an award-winning project and portfolio management software platform, where he helped drive growth, improved customer retention, and established valuable strategic partnerships.
Prior to that, he was President of Rivers Edge Pharmacy, a specialty pharmacy and infusion therapy services provider, where he played an instrumental role in turning around, growing and positioning the company for a successful exit. During his tenure, he also co-founded a disruptive telemedicine platform through its sister company, Next eHealth, designed to improve internal efficiencies and deliver an innovative, scalable solution to healthcare providers.
As President of iMatrix Software, he successfully led the revamp and rebranding of an existing company, relaunching under a new name and business entities. In addition, he periodically held fractional and interim CEO/President roles for a variety of organizations and clients, providing hands-on leadership and driving key business outcomes.
At The Tech Factory, an enterprise workflow software company, he acquired the business, led it as CEO through a strategic turnaround, and executed a successful exit.
As Managing Director of Platinum Venture Group, he led investment activity and strategic initiatives for multiple ventures, including leading the firm’s role in co-founding and exiting Waveland Recycling. He served as President of L7 Network, an international e-commerce platform, where he led the company through a turnaround, scaled its growth, and executed a strategic sale.
Thomas currently serves on the Board of Directors of Project Insight and sits on the Advisory Boards of MedWand Solutions and The Jonathan Foundation. He holds an MBA from Cardinal Stritch University and dual BA degrees in Business and Marketing from Carthage College.
