Anthony Caito

Anthony Caito is a former MAP client turned Executive Consultant who brings a deep passion for leadership development, entrepreneurship, and accountability systems to his work. For 16 years, Anthony led restaurant acquisition and corporate sales at Restaurants on the Run, a multi-state food delivery company he co- founded and helped grow before its acquisition by Grubhub. He specialized in securing partnerships with large, multi-unit chains and driving top-line revenue. During that time, he worked closely with MAP to implement its leadership tools and systems across the organization – an experience that left a lasting impact.

Now part of the MAP team, Anthony draws on both his real-world business experience and his firsthand knowledge of the MAP
process to help other leaders drive performance, build aligned teams, and scale with purpose.

After stepping away from full-time work to raise his two daughters as a single father, Anthony rejoined the professional world with renewed energy – also taking on consulting projects in the delivery and logistics space. A strong advocate for health and wellness, he brings discipline, authenticity, and a relatable leadership style to every engagement.
