Chad Hall is the Vice President of Sales & Partnerships and a member of MAP’s senior leadership team; in this role he leads all business development, sales and customer service initiatives across the company. With more than 15 years of experience in growing sales and account management teams for high-growth companies, Chad has a strong and tenacious track record for building strategic, strong and long-term partnerships with clients.
Starting at Restaurants on the Run in 2008, Chad first learned the MAP Management System leading sales and customer service that led to the acquisition by GrubHub. He then moved to the startup AerServ as the Senior Vice President of Sales & Operations, which serviced the ad tech industry. Overseeing sales, account management and operations, he helped position AerServ to be acquired by InMobi.
Looking for a startup opportunity in his hometown of Spokane, WA, he joined Spiceology in 2019 and as Vice President of Sales & Client Success; there he oversaw sales, account management and customer service and helped Spiceology become the fastest-growing spice company in the nation for five consecutive years.
Chad grew up in Spokane, WA and attended Washington State University (Go Cougs!) with a Bachelor’s degree in Management & Operations. He currently resides in Orange County, CA with his wife and two children.
